My A/C was freezing up, I called Air-Tro and they were able to come out in a few days even during the peak summer season. They inspected the system and measured the temps at various locations in the house. They recharged the system with Freon. Almost immediately the air in the house was noticeably cooler, and a stronger air flow. The 2 techs seemed to work good in a team approach and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. I am pleased with the results.

The service tech was prompt and very professional. As it turned out, there was very little to be done with both the A/C and heater since he said both units looked fine. It has been a while since both units were serviced. The service was thoughtful in removing his shoes before entering my house and took his shoes with him as he climbed up the ladder into the attic where the heating unit was. He was careful in carrying the 6ft. ladder up the stairs so as not to hit my walls or knock anything around. He didn’t try to take advantage of me by doing work that was not necessary at this time. I was extremely satisfied with the service of Air-Tro and would highly recommend their services to my friends.

Replaced aging upstairs air conditioning system with a new high-efficiency equipment. Disposed of all the material removed. Qualified the home owners for the $1500.00 tax credit.

They were prompt and courtious. They answered all our questions and explained in detail what would be done. They were on time, and completed the job in the time estimated. In one area they damaged some wood and they paid for repairs and painting. We called them twice regarding noise from both inflow and outflow vents, they responded quickly and solved the problems.

Description of Work: After an older furnace failed due to a crack in the firebox, the entire home comfort system was removed and replaced. New super-high efficiency equipment, with a 98% efficient furnace and 20 SEER air conditioner installed. All ductwork replaced.

Customer Comments: They provided the rebate forms for the Gas Company and did the Lennox rebate forms as well. The system works beautifully; I’m happy with the work they did.
