Technician was knowledgeable and thorough with his diagnosis and found the problem quickly. Parts were ordered (for a 20 year old system) and at no time did he try to sell me a new system. The office followed up when parts arrived and I was up and running the next day.

Victor the AirTro tech did a great job. My AC unit would work weakly a few minutes and then shut off. Blower motor was hot, so I thought I might need a new motor or worse. Turned out it was just the blower motor capacitor. Honest company.
