The consultant was good

I bought new HVAC system from Air-Tro this year. The consultant was good, but the installation had some issue and contributed to failed inspection. They did come back immediately to remedy the issue. I have also bought maintenance plan from them.

Work done: Arrange for abatement of existing asbestos using licensed asbestos firm. Remove attic furnace and outdoor condenser, replacing with new variable speed high efficiency equipment. Inclde new ultraviolet air purifier mounted in the ductwork.

Work done: Remove and discard all ductwork and system components. Replace with all-new variable-speed high-efficiency units, including new furnace and air conditioner. Replace all ducts and install new thermostat and carbon monoxide detector.
