A brand name on a box is not the whole job. The badge matters for parts, warranty, and how your system is supposed to run. The install and the service after it matter more. We spec from lines we actually sell and stand behind, including Mitsubishi, Lennox, Carrier, and Samsung. We also service and support all major brands already outside houses in Monrovia, Pasadena, and the rest of the valley, including Trane, American Standard, Bryant, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman, York, Daikin, Fujitsu, and the rest of the names on the fuller list below.

We work from our home base at 1630 S. Myrtle Ave. in Monrovia. That is the office and the dispatch point. Monrovia and Pasadena are already part of our service area, along with Arcadia, San Marino, Sierra Madre, Duarte, Bradbury, Altadena, Temple City, San Gabriel, South Pasadena, and Glendora. What We Install

Mitsubishi, Lennox, Carrier, and Samsung are the partner lines we sell on new residential jobs. That list is not a ranking of which logo looks best on a pad. It is the equipment we train on, stock parts for, and warrant as an installer. Learn more about comfort systems for hardware details.

Mitsubishi is the line we use most often when a house needs ductless or a heat pump that can handle rooms the old ducts never reached. We are a Mitsubishi Preferred Diamond Dealer. On qualifying Mitsubishi systems we install, that status carries a twelve-year parts and limited compressor warranty. Learn more about what Preferred Diamond status means.

Lennox and Carrier cover a lot of the central systems we put on Monrovia and Pasadena lots where ducts already exist and you want a familiar central layout. Samsung can be a good alternative if it is the better match for your house and budget. We will not force a brand or system onto a house that needs a different layout.

We Service All Major Brands

The outdoor unit on your house may not be one we sold. That does not mean we will not work on it. We service and support all major brands already operating in Monrovia, Pasadena, and the rest of the valley. The name on the cabinet, the age, and whether parts are still available decide how we resolve any performance issues.

On service calls we regularly see Trane, American Standard, Bryant, Payne, Rheem, Ruud, Goodman, Amana, York, Daikin, Fujitsu, Bosch, Heil, Tempstar, Comfortmaker, Maytag, and older names that still show up on data plates. If your unit is one of those, or another major line we have not listed here, send the model number. We can let you know if that brand or model is still able to be serviced.

Parts availability is the honest limit. A brand can be excellent and still be finished if the cabinet is worn out or the factory no longer supports that generation. If the part is available and your system still has life, we will say so. If the brand is fine and the equipment is not, we will say that, too. Keeping the Indoor and Outdoor Pieces Matched

A central system is a pair. The indoor coil and the outdoor unit have to match the way the manufacturer designed them. Swapping only the outdoor cabinet and leaving an old coil can look cheaper and then fail the charge, the warranty, or both. That is true on a Carrier we sold or on a Trane or Rheem we are seeing for the first time.

If you want to keep your current brand and only replace one piece, we will tell you when that still works and when it is a bad mix. Bring the model numbers from both the closet and the outdoor unit, so we are not guessing.

Why the Installer Matters as Much as the Badge

Factory coverage on new equipment usually requires a licensed installer. A weekend swap can void that coverage even when the system is a brand we like. The charge, the ducts, and the startup decide whether that brand does what the brochure promised. How We Help You Choose

We start with your house, not a favorite logo. A north Monrovia foothill house with west glass does not automatically need the same line as a shaded bungalow near Old Town or a tight Pasadena lot. Ducts that cannot move air will ruin an expensive system as fast as a cheap one. If two rooms were never on the old system, ductless may be the honest path even if the rest of your house stays central.

If the house already has a Trane, Rheem, or Goodman that still has life, keeping that brand and repairing it can be the honest answer. If the house needs a new central system, we will talk Carrier or Lennox before we talk about a brand you cannot get parts for. If the house needs rooms to be cooled or heating that the old ducts never reached, Mitsubishi is usually the line we start with. You should leave our visit knowing which line we recommend, why, what warranty may be included, and what we would still service if you keep the brand you already have.

What to Have Ready Before We Arrive

Have the model number, a photo of your outdoor unit, and last year’s invoices. If there is an indoor coil or air handler in a closet, photograph that data plate too.
