I had my unit inspected. The mechanic (Edgar )did an excellent job and recommended I replace the inducer blower.

Six months ago was the first time using AirTro. Technician was professional, even using shoe covers when entering house and placing mat on hardwood floor before using ladder. The Air-Tro technician came within the time window, diagnosed the problem with our compressor as being a defective capacitor. He changed it, checked our system and we were back up and running. We were pleased that it was easy to fix and that the problem was solved successfully.

For once we caught a break. Our furnace went down one night when temps were really low. Ruben came out the very next day found and fixed the problem within minutes then was outta there. I hate having to call places for service but Air-Tro made this one painless.

Tech did a good job with the filter replacement. However he damaged our bookshelf and left a pile of books on the floor.
