Contest Rules and Eligibility Requirements

Who Can Enter

  • Open to homeowners of owner-occupied, single-family homes in the following cities: Monrovia, Arcadia, Duarte, Sierra Madre, Pasadena, Azusa, Glendora, La Cañada, South Pasadena, San Marino, San Gabriel, and Altadena.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
  • Contest is void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Eligible Systems

  • Contest applies only to warm air, gas-fired furnaces.
  • Boilers and water-based heating systems are not eligible.
  • The existing furnace must:
    • Be operational or have been in use within the past year.
    • Be connected to ductwork and existing controls.
    • Have a visible model and serial number plate.

How to Enter

  • Read the rules and verify you meet the eligibility requirements.
  • Submit your entry, including your name, address, email, and phone number. If possible, include at least one clear photo showing the model/serial number.
  • Air-Tro, Inc. will contact you to verify your entry with a free system evaluation to confirm eligibility.
  • One entry per person. One entry per home. Contest starts November 1, 2025 and entries must be received by Dec 12, 2025.

Prize Details

The winner will receive a new high-efficiency furnace with installation valued up to $3,000. This includes connection to existing controls, utilities, ductwork, and venting. If preferred, a heat pump replacement can be arranged.

What’s Not Included

The following items are not included in the prize and are the homeowner’s responsibility:

Upgrades or modifications required by code or manufacturer; connections to existing air conditioning systems; asbestos abatement, ductwork repair or replacement, or other hazardous material removal.

How the Winner Is Chosen

  • The winner will be selected based on the age of the existing furnace, verified by model and serial number.
  • Air-Tro reserves the right to disqualify entries that cannot be verified.
  • In the event of a tie, a random drawing will determine the winner.
  • All decisions are final.

Winner Announcement

  • The winner will be selected by December 19, 2025 and notified by phone or email.
  • The winner’s name will be posted online by January 3, 2026.
  • By entering, the winner agrees that Air-Tro may use their name, image, and before/after photos in marketing materials.

Additional Details

  • No purchase or entry fee required.
  • Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the prize.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Air-Tro, Inc. and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
  • Qualified entrants who don’t win will receive a $500 coupon* toward a new furnace.

*Coupon cannot be combined with any other offers. It is only available to those who met all of the contest rules and requirements when they entered during the contest period.

How to Find Your Furnace’s Age

  • Look for a label or sticker on your furnace usually near the front panel or inside the cabinet.
  • If there’s no date visible, just provide your best estimate, and we’ll help confirm if you’re a finalist.
