Air-Tro and Girl Scouts Unite for Villa Esperanza

Air-Tro proudly partnered with our local Girl Scout Troop to craft a learning aid for Villa Esperanza School in Pasadena, specializing in autism education.

In 1961, a group of mothers embarked on a journey, founding Villa Esperanza Services to ensure quality care and education for their special needs children. Today, Villa is a beacon of hope for individuals of all ages with intellectual/developmental disabilities like autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy.

Villa’s School offers an educational program serving students from 5-22 years old (elementary, middle and high school classes) who have special needs associated with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, intellectual and other developmental disabilities.

Today, Villa’s mission remains unwavering—to be the voice for those who cannot speak for themselves. As the CEO spearheads a coalition of 16 Southern California nonprofits, Villa takes center stage in raising awareness and influencing legislators on the critical need for continued funding.

Air-Tro’s sheet metal team played a crucial role in providing the metal for the structure and actively contributed to the fabrication and welding processes. Below are some photos of the process.
