Work Done: Replaced 24-year old Amana rooftop unit with new York 5 ton gas-electric system. Connected to existing ducts and utilities; replaced electrical disconnect.

Review: They showed up before dawn, worked in the dark and later in the rain to
finish the job. We LOVE Air-Tro!

I am writing this letter to let you know how we have changed our procedure regarding our air conditioning system: Our office building is 48 years old and the air conditioning system is original (except for the compressors). When you have a building this old, it is very important to have an air conditioning company with service people who understand your old system and can make necessary repairs as quickly as possible. Up until the year 2000, we were handling our air conditioning repair needs like most people – on an as needed basis with Air Tro.

As was recommended by Air-Tro, we decided on a policy of having quarterly maintenance done, to change filters and check to make sure everything is running properly. After several years now, changing to a quarterly maintenance schedule has dramatically reduced our yearly expenses on repairs and reduced our calls for service from major emergencies during hot weather. I am now a firm believer in normal maintenance of our air conditioning system and have been very pleased with the quality of service we have received from Air-Tro over the years.
