Work done: Remove bedroom-adjacent furnace as not to current codes. Relocate furnace to the attic with drain pan and cooling coil. Install matching outdoor air conditioner.

Work done: Take old unit away by crane and old ductwork away by qualified abatement workers. Install new rooftop unit, new ducts and new thermostat.
