Work done: Replaced built-in ceiling fan coil. Included disconnecting all existing electrical and water lines, disposing of old coil, obtaining custom-ordered replacement to fit exactly, and installing it properly to prevent any water leaks or other problems.

Work done: Our heater had stopped working, and Gerald came out to diagnose and fix the problem. The gas valve on our heater had failed, and he replaced it with a new one. He also updated the incoming gas line (from flexible to rigid) to update it to code. The diagnosis and fix took just about 3 hours.
