Work done: Remove wall heater and install a new closet furnace. Add 3 ton air conditioner plus all required ductwork. Include new touchscreen digital thermostat.

Work done: Re-piped the refrigerant lines due to leaks and deterioration of existing copper line set. The new lines were covered and painted to match the exterior.

Work done: Removed all attic ductwork. Replaced it with a double-insulated duct system to reduce energy use. Mastic-sealed all seams.
