San Gabriel Mission

The oldest building in the Los Angeles Area, the San Gabriel Mission has been in continuous use since 1776. This historic building presents multiple challenges, requiring that any work done be consistent with the existing architecture and disturb as little as possible the current structure. Air-Tro installed a new high-pressure UNICO cooling and heating system, whose small outlets provided the air flow demanded with the lowest possible visibility and physical footprint. Air-Tro continues to maintain the UNICO system and all other HVAC systems in the mission and the adjoining carriage house (now a museum).
