We very much appreciated Mario’s knowledge and helpful explanations about our questions. The only reason we tend to put 4 rather than 5 stars is that your service is quite expensive. We are a non-profit organization and not so flush. But I have a good feeling about the competence of Air Tro.

I had Air-Tro out after another HVAC contractor tried to sell me about $1,000 worth of service and repairs, but the high-pressure sales made me suspicious. AIr-Tro came out and took a look at my system and reported that everything was fine except for a small issue with the air filter.

We were very happy with the completed job. However, it seemed as if the technician was often on his phone… Down at his truck. Which I think delayed the time. I also asked him to adjust to dampers in two of our offices. Only one was executed.
