I was impressed with the technician

Every technician is always wonderful. I had Dale this time and he did a wonderful job. Your employees are not only knowledgeable and courteous they are also very personable and very good at their jobs. Nice to know I can depend on Air-Tro for always taking care of my heating and air conditioning.

I have used this Company for almost 40 year. So how do I get an maintenance agreement so that my cost can stop going up every time you come out. Please contact me.

As always, your technician, Dale, was the consummate professional. Timely telephone call to notify me of his expected arrival time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and proactive (he reminded me to check on the batteries in the thermostat which was timely as one of them was corroding).

Our service technician Dale was thorough in his work and went out of his way to explain the why's and the wherefores of the work he was performing. He also explained factors which helped me understand the operation and maintenance of our unit.

I called Airtro and they sent a professional and knowledgable hvac repairman. If I were going to buy a new unit, I would go with these guys. They are fair and square and knowledgeable.
