The more anecdotal evidence you get, the better idea you will have of what to expect from their service. For those unfamiliar with Angie’s List, it is a collection of experiences that real consumers submit after they have used a registered company. Members assign a grade from A to F based on the quality of the experience they had. People can then review the site to compare similar companies in their area, and to see who is reviewed the highest. Companies don’t have any influence over what is said in the reviews, besides the quality of their work.

While any company can be included for review on the site, only a small number receive the Super Service Award. This is bestowed upon companies that have been able to maintain an excellent service record on the site. In fact, there are several criteria that must be met:

• A minimum number of reports throughout the course of a year
• A total overall grade of an A
• A particular average of yearly grades, which vary based on how long you have been on the site

With all the options for HVAC services in the Los Angeles area, you can get overwhelmed, and the decision can be hard if you don’t know who is qualified to work on your home’s equipment.
