We’re Proud of Our HVAC Heroes Making a Difference During a Difficult Time
During the Covid-19 pandemic, America struggled to cope with the changes to our routines, plans, and day-to-day lives. Air-Tro is no exception, and we worked with local officials to make sure our safety standards are in line with federal, state, and local guidelines.
In the midst of these transitions, we were proud to showcase employees like Jamie Orozco and Thomas Jimenez, whose spirit of giving and community did not waver during stressful times. They delivered food to Foothill Unity Center, and we chose to highlight them in the video below. Foothill Unity Center has always been a tremendous boon to the San Gabriel Valley community, serving individuals and families across the Southland with food, health services, and even gifts from Santa! When it became apparent that food and care products were urgently needed, our employees stepped up to help them in this mission.
The amazing Mr. Rogers once said something about crises that we think still holds true: “When I was a boy, and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’”
Please join us in thanking helpers like Jamie and Thomas and all our other community members who stepped up to make a difference. Whether checking in on a lonely friend by telephone, dropping off food for a neighbor in need, or braving the chaos and danger of an emergency room to treat a sick and frightened patient, it is this indomitable human spirit that sees us through.
All the best to you and yours.
