This job was much larger than originally anticipated and everyone I spoke to at Air-Tro made it as smooth as possible for me. Peter, Kevin and Carlos are excellent.

- Description of Work:
- The central heater was not producing air nor heat. Air-Tro found a cracked hot surface igniter and replaced it during the visit. They also tested heater for proper function
- Customer Comments:
- The company was easy to reach and an appointment was scheduled at the time of the call. The visit couldn't be scheduled until after the holidays on their part (about a four day delay). The service call charge ($68) was waived if service was provided on the same day. I was given a four hour window for the appointment and told that they would call when the repairman was on his way. They did call me (I gave them both home and cell numbers) and he arrived on time. Pete was polite and efficient. He did notice a potential problem with the inducer assembly if we ever decided on installing an attic fan. The final cost was the same as the estimate. I would use them again.
