Work done: Strip the asbestos off the furnace plenum. Dispose of the existing, aged furnace and replace it with a new model.

Work done: Arrange to dispose of the old asbestos duct system. Install all new R6 rated ducts. Include balancing damper on all runs and use mastic to seal all connections.
