Work done: We found a way to provide spot cooling to a hard-to-reach room (the family room). We installed a two ton ductless split heat pump, including a remote control thermostat.

Work done: Replaced 24-year old Amana rooftop unit with new York 5 ton gas-electric system. Connected to existing ducts and utilities; replaced electrical disconnect.

The 2 installers were very professional from beginning to end. They vacuumed and swept where they worked, and the furnace worked perfetly the first time around. The installation was great, minus the lack of communication about an $84 deduction for the service call and the included free thermostat.
