So grateful and appreciative.

Our AC stopped working last night, and I called them this morning. Tey said they would fit me in. Sure enough I got a call at 11 am, but I was at work and said couldn’t be there. But at 5:10 this evening, Kevin showed up, diagnosed and fixed the problem.

We bought our first HVAC system from Air-Tro 22 years ago, replacing a gravity flow heating and asbestos covered ducts. It was a good idea and worked perfectly until a few months ago.

Work done: Remove and dispose of old R22 5 ton furnace, condenser and coil. Recycle the refrigerant. Install new 14 SEER air conditioner and ultra-low NOx furnace in replacement.

Work done: Put in new 95% efficient furnace with matching MERV 11 pleated filter for good indoor air quality. Install new 4 ton 16 SEER condenser to cool the observatory and adjacent bedroom.
