Work done: Replace attic coil and plenums. Relocate furnace in attic, adjusting electrical and gas lines to accommodate new location. Install new primary and secondary condensate drains.

Work done: Removal of old asbestos duct system and forced air furnace, replacing it with new Lennox Platinum package system. Included variable speed furnace, PureAir indoor air quality system, and two speed condensing unit.

Work done: Removed existing outdated system and installed a new Lennox 3 1/2 ton central heating and air conditioning equipment. Replace all the ductwork with a new sealed system. The new central air conditioning qualifies for a $1500 tax credit.

Work done: Replaced an older rooftop unit with a new high efficiency heating and air conditioning package unit. Sealed all duct connections with commercial mastic to prevent air and water leaks.
