Work done: Add 3 tons of air conditioning to existing central heating system. Provide new refrigerant lines, ductwork and thermostat.

Work done: Replace all existing rooftop ductwork with new, custom fabricated sheet metal fittings. Properly seal all roof connections to avoid water leakage. Install new color touchscreen thermostat.

Work done: Raise seven existing rooftop units off the roof. Provide new sheet metal caps for the unit platforms. Re-install equipment once the roof work is complete.
