Work done: Remove existing system for second floor and install new two-speed heating and air conditioning units. Includes 4 ton high efficiency air conditioner, condensing furnace and Healthy Climate MERV 10 media air filter.

Work done: Replace old Freon air conditioner with new, high efficiency equipment. Connect to existing electrical and refrigerant lines. Install new cooling coil to match new refrigerant.

Work done: Replaced built-in ceiling fan coil. Included disconnecting all existing electrical and water lines, disposing of old coil, obtaining custom-ordered replacement to fit exactly, and installing it properly to prevent any water leaks or other problems.

Work done: Install new attic furnace, and connect to new 4 ton two-speed air conditioner. Add R6 attic ductwork. Remove old rooftop equipment and seal up old roof penetrations.

Work done: Replace all old attic ductwork, as well as removing old electronic air cleaner. Install all new duct system, including mastic-sealed connections, zip-tied junctions, and superior insulated R6 ductwork.

Work done: After an older furnace failed due to a crack in the firebox, the entire home comfort system was removed and replaced. New super-high efficiency equipment, with a 98% efficient furnace and 20 SEER air conditioner installed. All ductwork replaced.
