Work done: Update home comfort system with new Merit furnace, air conditioner, and MERV10 media air filter. Install all-new mylar-coated flex ducting to reduce leakage and provide better insulation.

Work done: Replaced built-in ceiling fan coil. Included disconnecting all existing electrical and water lines, disposing of old coil, obtaining custom-ordered replacement to fit exactly, and installing it properly to prevent any water leaks or other problems.

Work done: Install new attic furnace, and connect to new 4 ton two-speed air conditioner. Add R6 attic ductwork. Remove old rooftop equipment and seal up old roof penetrations.
