Work done: Replace all existing rooftop ductwork with new, custom fabricated sheet metal fittings. Properly seal all roof connections to avoid water leakage. Install new color touchscreen thermostat.

Work done: Remove wall heater and install a new closet furnace. Add 3 ton air conditioner plus all required ductwork. Include new touchscreen digital thermostat.
