The system worked beautifully.

They provided the rebate forms for the Gas Company and did the Lennox rebate forms as well. The system works beautifully; I’m happy with the work they did.

Work done: After an older furnace failed due to a crack in the firebox, the entire home comfort system was removed and replaced. New super-high efficiency equipment, with a 98% efficient furnace and 20 SEER air conditioner installed. All ductwork replaced.

The service was very good overall! We had issues with the city inspector, and once we turned that information over to Air-Tro, they took care of everything. They were very professional and made sure the job was done in a timely manner. There weren.t any hidden costs or fees.

The service turned out great overall. The gentleman that came out to provide me with an estimate explained all of the different options, which I appreciated.
