Work done: Remove old heat pump system and asbestos and put in new, gas-fired heating system, slashing electric bills in winter. Installed 2-speed air conditioner, slashing electric bills in summer.

Work done: Removed asbestos ductwork and old furnace. Installed all-new sealed and insulated duct system. Installed new attic furnace with modulading gas valve for ideal indoor temperature and comfort. System qualified for IRS $1,500 tax credit.

Work done: Had asbestos removed by licensed abatement contractor. Installed new 3 ton air conditioner matched to furnace we installed two years ago. Updated home electrical service to accommodate greater electrical usage.
