The system is a major improvement

The new system is a major improvement over the old one. The zones and dampers are set up much better. Also, the Air-Tro technicians found major problems with the prior installation done by a different company.

Very pleased

I was very pleased. Unfortunately a part for my furnace had to be ordered and would not arrive until the next day. Fortunately, it did arrive and the technician came first thing in the morning and saved me from becoming an ice cube as a weekend could have been involved.
