I cannot give enough praise

Hector installed and configured a Honeywell Lyric Round Wi-Fi Thermostat. He performed detailed function testing, and provided an in service on the operation and maintenance of our HVAC system. I cannot give enough praise to describe the professional work performed by Hector.

Air-Tro did an amazing job to get a new HVAC system installed at my condo. Kevin came out and took a look around and measured some of the pathways and stairwells. A crew of 5 people came and did an amazing job. Everything went incredibly smoothly.

Work done: Removed rooftop unit by hand; the crane approach would have been difficult and very costly. Similarly hand-lifted the replacement rooftop package unit into place.

Work done: Did electrical troubleshooting. Found bad contactor on the condenser and replaced it.

Victor the AirTro tech did a great job. My AC unit would work weakly a few minutes and then shut off. Blower motor was hot, so I thought I might need a new motor or worse. Turned out it was just the blower motor capacitor. Honest company.
