Pleasant and thorough

I have been meaning to write this glowing Yelp review for quite some time, but I’ve been too busy enjoying my working air conditioning.  Eric arrived on time, and was pleasant, thorough, and fast.

Crew is very knowledgeable and professional. One comment, your markup on parts is very high. I paid over $200 for a motor capacitor that would sell for less than $30 on line.

Was told when I made the appt., that I would be called when the service tech was on his way – that never happened. No one called me. Service tech should have introduced himself. Otherwise, very pleased that I got an appt. so quickly & tech. had the parts needed on his truck.

Hernan was the service tech that helped us. He was very personable and easy to work with. He’s a definite asset to your company. He identified and fixed the problem quickly. I particularly liked that he did not try and upsell” me an anything. Such tactics are extremely annoying. A straight shooter

Emmy and Mikey worked their butts off

The installation (done by Emmy and Mikey) was great, those two guys worked their butts off even in a heat wave.  The install looks fantastic and it’s wonderful to have a working HVAC in our home again.  I would definitely recommend Air-Tro to anybody that needs service to their existing HVAC to get
