Work done: Put in new 95% efficient furnace with matching MERV 11 pleated filter for good indoor air quality. Install new 4 ton 16 SEER condenser to cool the observatory and adjacent bedroom.

Work done: Found system leaking refrigerant. Sealed the leak and replaced the lost refrigerant.

The entire process was amazingly simple and efficient.

The entire proces of replacing our HVAC system (unexpectedly in July 2020 during coronavirus) was amazingly simple and efficient. From Jose giving us options to Tony installing the system, we were verypleased with everything!

Work done: Removal of old 4 ton system outside and in the basement, and replacing it with new high efficiency units. Included new smart thermostat and MERV 13 pleated air filter to protect indoor air quality.

Very pleased.

I am very pleased with the new HVAC. The technicians, Jonathan and Mario are well trained professionals. They also were very mindful of masks and keeping a distance.

Work done: Remove R22 3 ton air conditioner and replace with new R410a system. Recover the old refrigerant and dispose of the old unit.

Work done: Remove bedroom-adjacent furnace as not to current codes. Relocate furnace to the attic with drain pan and cooling coil. Install matching outdoor air conditioner.
